Sonali Sharma is a systems strategist and award-winning impact entrepreneur working at the intersection of collective intelligence, organizational transformation, and AI trust. Over two decades, she has worked across education, social enterprise, public-sector innovation, and technology, including building a circular enterprise with Indigenous artisans in South India and directing strategy for British Columbia's technology commercialization programs. Her current work focuses on redesigning how organizations distribute power, make decisions, and adopt AI without eroding human capacity and agency. The 90% Code is her debut book and part of a wider body of work on building systems that run on the capacity of the many, not just the decisions of the few. She lives in Vancouver.
