Have you ever had a favourite mug that came from a pottery? This is the story about a mug from a pottery. The mug gets decorated with a bird and so is known as Bird Mug. The story follows the journey of Bird Mug from being clay turning on the potters wheel, being decorated, fired in the kiln and then unexpectedly growing a collection of favourite humans.

About the Author Vivian Wood-Alexander After thirty years, Vivian is still decorating mugs for Island Pottery. She has several favourite mugs. Her husband is a potter. She also teaches. This is her second children’s book. About the Illustrator Fae Alexander Fae grew up above the pottery. She is currently an Actor/Singer-Songwriter, but has honed her drawing skills making cards and loves to illustrate. This is her first book.
