A world traveler, Julian would love to do all the things and visit all the places that Gabriel wonders about in If I Could Fly. Julian lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife. Jacob Lawrence is a gifted illustrator and animator who speaks in the language of images. He believes the most powerful stories are often the ones told without a single word, where a character’s glance or a splash of color holds the entire narrative.
