This makes it an intriguing topic to explore . . . This 4-Letter Word, Plus Many More is part poetic journey through love in all its manifestations, and part workbook—with activities, creative projects, and growth mindset questions. It is a word puzzle of associations to love in our lives, created in part as a stream of consciousness, guiding readers through subjects like identity, trauma, self-sabotage, heartbreak, spirituality, and healing. This journey strives to uplift the spirit and showcase the positive potentials and possibilities found with more openness to love, in a format that is fun and accessible.

Holly Alexandra Dyck has a diploma in Community Economic Development, where she studied in Winnipeg, her hometown. She is a pioneer member of a marketing cooperative and eco-village in Manitoba, a nutritionist and foodie, facilitator, and Level III New Earth / Holy Fire Reiki Master. She is impassioned when thinking about her spiritual connections, friends, allies, mentors, and the creative folks in her community paving a new way forward, both in and out of the city. Holly enjoys writing poetry, note taking, and has been a constant journal writer since early teens, passed down from her late Grandma Betty Dyck, also a published writer. This 4-Letter Word, Plus Many More is Holly's first published work.
