Bob is a burger, but not just any burger, he is a walking, talking, funny, and adventurous burger. He runs with a crew of friends that also happen to be just as delicious as him. Today they decided to go to the beach for some fun, but it wasn’t soon after that the fun turned into a terrifying attempt at survival between Bob and a very hungry little boy. Lucky for Bob, he wasn’t at the beach alone and surely his best friends wouldn’t let him get eaten... but what chance did they stand against a human?

The story of Bob The Burger has come to life because of my three children. They have inspired me to write my ideas down and create a book. They fell in love with the characters and insisted they sketch each one of them out. These sketches will be used as inspiration for the illustrators who helped me publish this book.

Kassy Ehret is from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and comes from a media and marketing background. She loved writing stories as a child and is thrilled to have brought one of those ideas to life in her first book. As a stay-at-home mom, she has the best job in the world, often tapping into her imagination to tell stories to her children. She especially loves watching their reactions as each story unfolds, sharing in their laughter, excitement, and sense of wonder. Kassy believes bedtime stories are about more than just storytelling. They are an opportunity to connect, share a laugh, spark imagination, and slow down long enough to enjoy the simple moments together.
